    Link in rewards email not working


    Hi,

    I have had two emails now from the rewards programme regarding claiming a sweepstake entry.

    But when I click on the link in the email, nothing is displayed on the redeem page (see the attached image) - happens in both Chrome and IE

    How am I suppose to claim the entries??

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program. You would have to contact their support team via the Microsoft Rewards page for assistance with any Microsoft Rewards issues.

    We use your billing email address, so since you updated that yesterday, wait a few days and it should update. If not, contact us again as there may be another issue. Thanks!

    Hi SimonAsh286. When did you update your email address? It can take a few days for our system to receive the change.
    The primary alias I changed a few days ago, but I only realised I had to change the billing address separately, yesterday.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to respond, but I believe you will need to re-register for the program under the new email and everything will switch over.
