    I have linked my console with that of a friend to share games and content, I became insider preview on my xbox one, but now every time my Xbox is updated, it completely unlinks me from my account and I have to link again, It's over your times that we can

    As Jujuthelioness has mentioned, if your friend is in a different region, then you won't be able to get it, unfortunately. But definitely check out the links that Peter has mentioned :)
