    Limiting access

    Hi,

Son has a family child account which I can limit time and content wise. He has somehow created a second account with no restrictions.

Firstly how do I stop him creating another adult account?

Secondly is there anyway of limiting Xbox time regardless of user?

    Cheers,

    :)

You can add a passkey on your profile to prevent this

    You will find it under

    Settings > account > sign-in, security & passkey

Adults have access to parental monitoring to limit the accessible content on their linked child's account, this limits the access to content that isn't in there age group and certain online features

    Xbox Fitness Unlimited?

So unlimited basically means limited access, Xbox Gold Subscribers get unlimited access to limited content. o_0

is there a way to talk to xbox support who can actually help me get into my account?

Sorry, the help is limited when you don’t have access to the account. And is more limited here in the forums. No one here can access to account information

But I'm an adult and I don't have parental monitoring
