    Limbo HD Code Message Deleted


    About a month ago I received an Xbox Live message from xbox. It thanked me for being an early adopter of the Xbox One on Launch Day and gave me a Limbo HD code. I viewed this message on my phone through the Xbox One Smartglass App. Today I checked my messages
    on my Xbox One because I just remembered about it and the message was deleted. I have contacted support chat about this and they directed me to the rewards support forum, where I was then directed to here. Support also said I should have gotten an email for
    the code, but I searched and did not see it. I have not deleted any xbox emails in a long while, and I do not receive them in the spam folder, so I can assume one was never sent.

    What I would like is to be resent the message, or at least have my message's deletion undone, because I never deleted it.
