I don’t think I should be susspended because I have learnedly my lesson and I will never get mad at someone and turn ignorant into a argument I have learned my lesson and I would apologize to The person I hert I want to play with my friends. Thank you.

No enforcement staff post here anymore, but you're just going to have to wait the suspension out. While you can open a case review on the enforcement website under certain circumstances, the only hope you have of a suspension being
overturned is if an MS staff member reviews your case and decides that the suspension was issued in error. In this case, you're basically admitting that you did wrong, so even though you're apologising, unfortunately you will have to wait the suspension out
and submitting a case review would be a waste of time for both you and enforcement staff.

One of the points of issuing a suspension is to teach you a lesson.Saying you have learnt your lesson will not get the suspension lifted.

As mentioned,you can try filing for a case review on the enforcement site
here if eligible but decisions are very rarely overturned due to any case being investigated first,before any action is taken.

And this is exactly why I no longer play multiplayer games unless I am in a privet party (even by myself) there are so many people out there that for some reason aren't able to control their temper, and think that because the people aren't sat right in front
of them, they can mouth abuse and think they can get away with it,

You know you have a temper problem, perhaps in the future do what I do and just either not speak to anyone, or only play co-op games with your mates.

Also, man up and take your punishment, this isn't school or your home where you can say "I'm sorry" and have your punishment lifted.

Thank you for reaching out to the forums for help.

Unfortunately, none of us here can speak for the Xbox Enforcement Team. If it was banned, it must have broken some form of conduct. If they upheld it, it breaks the code of conduct. Listen, if I were you, I would either patiently wait for the Xbox Enforcement
Team to respond, or agree with them.
