Likes disappearing from my clips and screenshots

I've had this problem soon for almost 9 months or so. Why didn't I report this earlier? Well I thought it was a general problem (meaning that other people had it as well), and that someone must have reported this already, and even that there was going to
be a fix for it one day. After growing wary about it, I tried googling this problem and seeking similar cases here on Xbox forums, and I discovered that I had assumed wrong. I found nothing out, so I will be reporting this issue my self now.

The problem is actually quite simple: the likes that people give for my Xbox One clips and screenshots are disappearing real soon afterwards. When I go and check my clips and screenshots from the past 9 months, they all show 0 likes, even though I've gotten
hundreds of notifications for them. Problem explained: they can like my clips, and I receive notifications for the likes, and when I go to my clips through the notifications, I can see all of the people who have liked that particular clip. But if I go to my
clips another way, like through my profile or through the activity feed, there's nothing. 0 likes. So there's no real access to see the "likes" that people have given for my clips, neither from my side nor from somebody else's side, unless I get a new like
and can go through that notification.

Let me also say that it really isn't a big deal. I mean if I was craving for those likes, I would've reported this problem as soon as it appeared. I don't really mind this, but I'd rather have it fixed one day than just sit around. So there you have it, probably
the only problem / glitch I'm currently having on Xbox One. People can like my clips, I get notifications for those likes and can check them out through them, but after that they can't be seen. Not through the profile nor through the activity feed. And yes,
other people also don't see the likes on my clips, even the ones they have specifically given. It's really weird and I can't figure out the reasoning for it, which makes it probably a little bit interesting for you guys as well.

Also, I believe one of my friends on Xbox Live partially has this same problem as I do. Most of his clips / screenshots retain the likes that there are, but for some he also looses them randomly. We checked it out for him and he was sure he had likes on some
of his great clips, even I knew that I had liked them and... nothing, 0 likes. So it might not be completely individual, though I haven't really found out anyone besides us two having it, and he only has it partially like I said.

Is there a way to reverse the update??!!

since the new update my screenshots and clips can't be uploaded to the one drive through my Xbox one , I sent the screenshots to the one drive yesterday onto my iPad and they still haven't shown up, I can only upload clips straight from the upload studio
but you can't upload screenshot through the upload studio so I can't upload them and I need to receive the screenshots quickly and it would be extremely helpful like if you could help me out

This Error Code means that you have to many Clips/Screenshots uploaded to Xbox Live and Xbox DVR fails to load them all, so you need to ether remove some Clips/Screenshots from Xbox Live (Those Clips/Screenshots will still be on your Console, just not on
Xbox Live for anyone to see) and if that doesn't fix the DVR Error then you have to delete some Clips/Screenshots completely both from Console and Xbox Live to fix this DVR Error so Xbox DVR will be able to load your Clips/Screenshots about For Honor and other
games.
