lightfall refund

Bought Destiny 2 : Lightfall on 3/13/23, was able to log in once and play. Unable to log in, play or connect at all. Would like a return on this product I am unable to use. There is no refund option available under order history

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

So I followed the instructions, put in the request, and two weeks ago I got an email saying I would be refunded within 5 business days. Have heard nothing back and there has been no changes to the account

All the expansions that are available for Destiny 2 on PC are also available for Xbox, and will include Lightfall at launch too.

I followed your instructions, Lightfall is showing on list of owed things and subsequently not installed

It will be credited back to the original payment method that was used in purchasing the game, DJ.

You can validate the payment method that you used by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and click on "order details" under the refunded transaction (Get Destiny 2: Lightfall)
