    Boa tarde, a minha consola não liga ao xbox live, embora ja tenha estado ligada antes. Agora desconectou e não consigo a conectar de novo.

    Falei com o apoio que me deu varios procedimentos, entre eles o de limpar tudo, perfil e o resto, ligar diretamente com cabo, mas mesmo assim continuo sem conseguir. Só que agora também não consigo baixar de novo o perfil e tenho de começar os jogos todos
    outra vez. É porque não estou ligada net? Alguém sabe como resolver o problema?

    W: Hardware setup

    X: Connection End - Means connection to X-box live servers has failed

    Y: Internet setup type 00A8 - E840 U.S.A. Version Wireless Receiver for X-Box 360 Console. Others would be Ethernet cable or out of U.S.A. model of receiver.

    Z: X-Box Policy Offenses. 0000 - 0000 = No X-box offenses. Any other = Ban or Suspension
