Lifting my bad

okay my gamertag has recently been suspended for fraud for using multiple numbers on my account which in my defence where my familys phone numbers who game me permission to use these numbers and I believe its unfair that ive been banned because
i havent done anything wrong in my eyes can someone please help

I was recently banned from Xbox chat. Someone messaged me harassing me so I answers back using the word “b****” joking around with him. He then replied “have fun being banned b” and then I was banned from Xbox. I would appreciate it to get my account back
by tomorrow. I’m a big gamer and play with friends and am I police officer. I do not agree with these results and feel it’s unfair that someone can just click a button and do that to me. I would greatly appreciate it to give me back my account because this
is honestly ridiculous. I did. It do anything wrong. If anything be initiated it by messaging me first and he should be banned not me. I would like by Xbox chat back now because this is insane that someone could do that. I pay money for this and I should not
Be banned because of some lite kid sending out a report. Reverse this ban please!

The enforcement site is the only place you can go to submit a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

 

but i was sent here by a member of staff here to do this with help from the staff to get this ban lifted due to a flas bann

 

Unfortunately support are known for giving incorrect information when it comes to things they do not handle directly. The enforcement team used to use the forums until a couple of years ago, but unfortunately support still sends people here. No one here
can do anything about your ban.

No. Submitting a case review is the only way.
