Lifetime reward credits: 13,050, yet haven’t received currency in my Microsoft account

Hi, over a year ago I requested my Xbox Live reward credits be changed into currency and deposited into my Microsoft account. However I have now racked up 13,050 reward credits and haven’t receive anything for them.

Just looking for a bit of assistance to see if I would be able to get the deposited into my account.

    Thank you

    :)

  2. Redeemed for 10000 reward credits and ...

I recently redeemed for 10000 rewards credits but I haven’t received them yet. My account says I did redeem them but they haven’t appeared in my pending or reward credits section. What do I do?

Lifetime reward credits: 13,050, yet haven’t received currency in my Microsoft account

    Hello LippyMCFC,

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. The lifetime amount that you are looking at includes previously deposited Credits. Your pending Credit amount is the amount currently un-deposited.

For example, your last deposit of 4.08 GBP on June 14th was already spent on a purchase of Call of Duty Black Ops 3 on September 13th.

How to convert the 30,000 points I have in rewards to live purchases into cash?

    Hello BeloCretino,

    From our FAQ:

How do I know how many Rewards Credits I've earned and how will I know when they have been converted to my local currency and deposited into my Microsoft account?

First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

    • Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account
    • Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.
    • Previous Month: Activity over the past month
    • Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months
    • Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.
You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

Since you are looking at your Lifetime Credit amount, this is showing you
all Credit events over the entire duration of your account's lifetime. This includes previously deposited Credits, like your deposits on

    2017.02.08 - Deposit - 6000

    2017.01.11 - Deposit - 19850

These deposits are placed into your Microsoft Account as usable currency, and will be recorded on your commerce page (https://commerce.microsoft.com/) as a refund with a negative amount. If you have made a purchase
with your Microsoft Account, then those funds will have already been used, since promotional Credits are used first from your Microsoft Account.

    Xbox rewards confused

    Hello PEEVS83,

The 8,700 Credits are your lifetime Credit amount. It is also the amount you received as your deposit. Since these Credits were deposited, they were converted from Rewards Credits into currency and placed into your Microsoft Account to spend. From our FAQ:

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the funds you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then, you can head
over to the Xbox Store to purchase your favorite games, TV shows, movies, and much more!
