Lifetime credits?

Discus and support Lifetime credits? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I’m at a master rank but have never received all those credits?     I’m at a master rank but have never received all those credits? Do we not get those because it’s from before the program started or how does that work? If that’s the case that’s pretty disappointing because I still did the work for all 42,000+ of them...

    hi.

    Keeps telling me there is a problem with my account. I can't claim my lifetime rewards of over 33k?

    I had an old account with the same email account gazlagbh71 its not been used for years. Is this the issue?

    The program has never awarded credits for reaching certain achievement levels.

    Hello Gannonsaurus,

    We can see multiple deposit events on your account. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your
    commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    However, please note that your Master MyAchievement rank has no bearing on your Credit awarding.

    The 7750 Credits is your lifetime Credit amount, which includes already deposited Credits. As you can see by your screenshot, you do not have any pending, un-deposited Credits. You can change the sort/view to lifetime Credit events to see all Credit events,
    including deposit events.

    Purchased 10,000 and it says redeemed..

    Aswell none of the credits I bought using gems went into my lifetime credits.

    Lifetime credits is the total amount of credits you have earned since joining the program. That includes all credits that are pending as well as any that have already been deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site will list when
    any deposits took place and you can verify deposits at http://commerce.microsoft.com
