Licensing issues on preview xboxs

I have had a licensing issue on my xbox one preview member console because I purchased the preorder bundle for dishonored 2 that comes with dishonored one and I have still not received it any help is greatly appreciated since this will be my 5th time reaching
out for help and still receiving nothing.

Usually something says it's expired because it's have licensing issues. This could be related to a problem with the 8.1 preview. When you are using the preview, you should be making posts at this forum instead:

licensing issues on my xbox

first i have two xbox 1 that is the old one that was when the 360 came out and the prestige edition mw2 - not surre you guys can help -i gave my old xbox to my bro and did the transfer migrate license tool thing to my fat mw 360 my issue is i
have to be online to borderlands dlc- im using the gamertag it shouldnt be an issue but i have to be online all the time otherwise it wont see the other dlc that i bought with my old xbox.please help.

For the umpteenth billionth time, it didn't work. The links are correct, but it say group not found when I use them.

You can play those games on another xbox one console only if the other xbox one console is also in the preview program. Take a look at this link

I also spent 2 hrs text chatting with a rep on my console while all he wanted to do was tell me it was because I had the home xbox not set. Even though I told him 4 times it definitely was. It took me calling this morning to fibd out it is a licensing issue.
Add the issue of nkt being able to post on the preview/ early access forum, and the 40 min I spent with a rep trying to get it to work, and I'm just a little frustrated with the process customers must go through to get a problem resolved.
