Licensing Issue with GTA 5 Enhanced on Xbox Game Pass (PC)

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues playing GTA 5 Enhanced due to an error.

The "No applicable app licenses found" usually means that there's an issue with your Microsoft store cache.

As part of our isolation, I would recommend that you reset your Microsoft Store:

For Windows 10:

Open Settings by pressing Win + I

Select Apps

Select Apps & features

Find Microsoft Store and select it

Select Advanced options

Scroll down and select Reset

Confirm by selecting Reset again

For Windows 11, you may go to Settings>System > System Components > Microsoft Store. Click on the 3 dots and click Advanced options then click on Reset.

You may also type wsreset in your start menu then run it as administrator.

New game pass games like gta San Andreas and forza horzion 5 don’t seem to be loading at all, and give this error, but other games like gta 5 and nba 2k22 work fine like is this a issue with game pass? Or just certain games cause I have people still playing forza horizion 5 without game pass

When you look at your order history at account.microsoft.com and look at the purchase what does the status say?

Completed? Means you still have the license for the game.

Refunded? Means the order was refunded and you no longer have the license for the game.

Chargeback? Means someone disputed the charge on the payment option and the money was sent back to the bank from MS and the license was taken away from you.

You say that this was for GTA was this GTA 5 or which GTA are you talking about

If it was GTA 5 was it the Xbox 360 version you bought and are trying to play it on the Xbox One?

1 Social Club Account:

GTA Online is an online service that requires an account on the Rockstar Games network, Social Club.

2. Internet Connection:

To play online, you must have a stable internet connection so that the game can connect to the servers.

3. Xbox Privacy Settings:

In some cases, your Xbox profile privacy settings may prevent you from playing multiplayer games. Make sure your privacy settings are enabled for online multiplayer games.

4. Edition Check:

If you and your friends are playing different versions of GTA 5 (Legacy or Enhanced), this may prevent you from forming an online party. Make sure you are all playing the same edition.

5. Connection Check:

If GTA Online is set to "On" and you are having connection issues, there may be issues with your internet connection, or conflicts with other players. Test your connection speed and try restarting your network.

6. Xbox Game Pass Core:

Xbox Game Pass Core, formerly known as Xbox Live Gold, is a subscription service that allows you to play online multiplayer in games that require this functionality. If you have Game Pass Core, then the issue may be with the other requirements mentioned above.
