License transfer (New account, same xbox)

ok so i was experiencing issues with my xbox live account and i got tired of waiting for it to be fixed so I made a new account and got xbox live gold for it, I tried license transfering my stuff from the first account to my new account and i believe my
mom turned my xbox off while it was downloading some stuff while i was asleep. When I got on the new account I believe I got the games but I didn't get any DLC's I had bought, no game saves, NOTHING! What do I do? I need help asap. I need to transfer my stuff
from my old account to my new one.

Importing RB1 songs to RB2 on a new xbox

Good to know a direct file transfer worked - I don't have a cable to do that but should be able to get one if necessary

I'm more interested in the license transfer (I called it voucher code) and if that works a second time - on the same xbox live account

I know if I buy a song I can re download it to the same xbox live id, so I'm wondering if that also applies in the case of the RB1 -> RB2 license transfer

You need to license transfer your accounts license to your new Xbox.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. License transfers are only used to transfer licenses between console if you were to get a new console.

You can try redownloading the DLC to see if that allowed you to access it on the new account, but the game saves would still be tied to your original account.

A license transfer is when you get a new xbox, and you need to transfer content over. This is because licenses are tied to the gamertag AND console. You use the transfer to switch licenses between consoles, but still with the same gamertag.

You can't transfer content to a friend's account.

EDIT: Also, that code indicates that your account is locked for some reason.
