    So I recently went back and picked up a 360 S and have got several Xbox account with very rare dlcs and downloads, The problem is every time I enter the license transfer tab it states it’s have issues communicating with Xbox live. Everything els seem to work fine on my console can even play online. I have my main account and use my other accounts for dlcs and games I bought either on my second account or on my kids accounts and was hoping to transfer all these accounts licenses to this one console. I’m hoping someone has a fix or a solution out there because Xbox customer support was honestly no help

    Xbox 360 games won't work on the one that is true but a license transfer is still a license transfer and will more than likely cause licensing issues for the games on the sold 360 console.

    Could be a licensing issue, try doing a license transfer on the Xbox 360 using the account that purchased the content. To do a license transfer goto settings - account - license transfer, then follow the instructions from there. Once you have done that
    go to your download history, and download the content to your Xbox, this is so the updated licenses will be installed on the Xbox so you can use them.

    So to clarify are you using an Xbox 360 and you are trying to do a license transfer on the Xbox 360? License's are stored in the console as local licenses so to play your friend's games he will need to download his account onto your Xbox and do a licenses
    transfer.

    Xbox 360 server maintenance has been completed so all should be good now.

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

    It may or may not fix the issue but my guess is that you didn't do a "License transfer" on your new console which could possible be the reason of your "unlocked achievements" issues. Also, if you have multiple Gamertags tied to the console you will need
    to do the same "License Transfer" for each Gamertag transfered. Here is the link to learn how to do a License transfer
