License transfer before the 4 month wait period is over?

I recently purchased a used Xbox 360 and transferred my DLC licenses onto it, but had to mail the console out for repair. I just purchased another console as a backup one, but the downside is that it probably won't let me do another license transfer until
the 4 month waiting period is up in 5/2014. Is there any way to just do one more license transfer when this second console arrives instead of waiting the 4 months? Otherwise my backup console won't be able to use the DLC that I heavily rely on. Thanks

Do you mean that you're still waiting on your 4 month wait period to elapse before you can perform another license transfer? Or do you mean that you don't want to perform a license transfer because you want your licenses on a specific console?

If the license haven't been transferred at all, go to setting hub on dashboard, then click the account tile, then at the bottom click on license transfer.

be aware that you can only license transfer 1 every four months. Once you transfer, you will have to wait 4 months before being able to transfer any licenses with that specific gamertag again.

Judge Bergan is very wrong in the fact that support can manually transfer licenses. They cannot ever transfer anything manually concerning licenses. Period. The gamertag that downloaded the content is the sole owner of the licenses and have THE ONLY capability
of transferring what they own.

 

This is a question to Microsoft if this is a good place to ask: Is there a form I can fill out somewhere or an e-mail I can contact to receive a special-case resetting of the wait period necessary before doing another license-transfer? I'm interested in
doing it on a Jasper unit I'm receiving shortly. Jaspers are known to not RROD easily, so if I can avoid waiting until 5/2014 to load the licenses onto it, I may never have to license-transfer again because it may be my permanent console.

 

I've heard you can speak to the support, and see if they can give you another license transfer. I'm not sure though. Go to the support tab, and scroll down.
