    License transfer all content?


    I just got a 2nd console & I had a question about license transfers. Can I transfer the license of specific content to my new console (as apposed to
    everything I've bought) so that the selected content's license is on my new Xbox while keeping the license for everything else on the original Xbox? Or will a license transfer move everything to the new one regardless?

    This. It's $5 a month or $30 for a year and you get BF4 plus other EA games and discounts on their digital content.

    License transfer all content?

    When you do a license transfer it is to move all licenses to the new console. However, a license transfer is not complete until the items in question have been redownloaded from your download history (no need to delete them first). You can reach your download
    history on the console by going to Settings>Accounts>Download History.

    In short, this means that only the content you redownload will have the licenses moved to the new console. All other content will remain on the old console until such time as you redownload them to the new one.

    However, using a transfer cable to a new console's hard drive will move all content and you'll have no choice but to switch all licenses to the new console.

    It transfers all licenses you had at the time that you perform the transfer. When you buy content after performing the transfer, the license for that content will be attached to whatever console you purchase it on.

    A license transfer will transfer all of your licenses. If you're using the same console you originally downloaded the content on, then you shouldn't need to do a license transfer.
