Do not leave your personal information such as email addresses on a public forum such as this. The only way to possibly get around the wait time would be to call phone support

So basically you and your brother are violating the ToS. And you decided to come to the Xbox Forums to admit to it?

I meant to put "my home Xbox"instead of license tranfer

By the way I'm playing on an Xbox one

You can set your Xbox console as your Home Xbox 3 times per year only. If you have maxed out that setting then you will have to wait.

As for the Destiny issue, what exactly is the error message when you try to play? Have you tried holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

    License Tranfering

The license transfer tool does not transfer content between accounts but rather to new consoles. No content can be transferred from one account to another. As long as content is on the console that it was originally downloaded to, it can be used by all
accounts on that console (with a small number of exceptions).

Phone Support is definitely the way to go, as 24 says.
