License problem on my 360

Normally I play on my Xbox One and bought Destiny The Taken King and I'm aware of the fact I can't use my download history on an older gen.
My girlfriend has a Xbox 360 and purchases everything on her 360, so whenever I come over, I can login on her Xbox and keep playing, just like yesterday. After she played the new DLC 'The Taken King' on her Xbox (which she bought) I came over and signed
in. But it said 'The Taken King Purchase Needed. This kinda baffled me, because this did work with The Dark Below and House of Wolves, but now it looks

Now I can't play on Destiny on my girlfriends 360, even though her account can. Her account and her Xbox were the first console where she downloaded it on, so her Xbox has the license.

She cleared the system cache and redownloaded the update (2 hours later) but it didn't work. Can anybody help us and know a workaround for this? I already called and used the chat for help, but they said they didn't know the answer.

Wolfenstein 3D rights issue (not showing up in XBO library)

I have the same problem.

Support says they can't see my license, but it shows up no problem on my 360 purchase history online and on my 360 itself.

So they didn't refund anything for me.

So it seems XB1 owners would be nuts not to buy Destiny on 360

If you buy the 360 version digitally you are also to DL it on your XB1.

Now here is what I'm about to find out.

I bought it via the marketplace online as currently my 360 is at a friends house.

Then I turned on my xb1 , went to the store and picked Destiny. It was priced as free (17.9 gigs if anyone is curious).

So right now I'm DL it on my xb1 but if I play it on my xb1 first will it cause a problem with the 360?

It says on the site that you retain the license for both. So I'm hoping that's not going to be an issue as I want to play with my 360 buddies as well.

If you do retain both licenses then XB1 owners who are buying digitally would be crazy not to buy it on 360 initially.

Unfortunately Bungie is claiming that this is by design.

Some people have said they've been able to access the content by logging in with the purchasing account as the main account then leaving it logged in while they use their account on another controller as the secondary account. Good luck.

Oh and i never had this problem with my old 360. This didnt start happening until i transferred all my content from my old 360 to the new and then did the license transfer, thats when this problem arose. My cousin told me that theres probably something wrong
with the xbox and that it may take some time for the xbox to adjust to play those apps. Either way, if the license transfer didnt take, then ill have to wait till April to do another one.

Two licenses exist, a console license and an account license.

Now the console license belongs to the 360 the DLC was first downloaded to. What this means is that any account on the console can access that content, online or off.

The account license of course belongs to the gamertag that was used to purchase the DLC. With this license you can play the content on any console but ONLY when connected to Live.

So download first on the other console, play on your 360 with the account license.

It is worth noting that while there is nothing technically wrong with sharing DLC in this manner it is fraught with problems. The biggest being that if the 360 with the console license ever needs to be replaced, then that license is gone. The only way to
get it back would be to perform a license transfer but that would give the console license for ALL your DLC to that new console.

Same problem here. I have 2 xbox 360 consoles and license transfer stoped working on both while it works with my secondary accont on those same consoles.
