"License not found" for Halo Infinite on Game Pass Quick Resume

This is such a massive pain together with the awful checkpoint system, basically means you can jump in for 5 or 10 minutes because even if you reach a checkpoint it doesn’t usually save. Then quick resume fails and you can easily loose up to 30 minutes of gameplay because of this. Quitting the game also doesn’t help because you will loose progress.

Example, the final boss, if you quit at any point you have to do the whole thing all over again even if you were right at the end. So annoying.

Same issue. I did all the things suggested. Did not fix.

I had to uninstall and reinstall entire game.

It has now happened for the 3rd time.

Please address this. It's very annoying. As someone with limited time to play. I now won't get any game time in today. Ugh

Hey Everyone - the soft system reset worked for me and I didn't experience this once after doing that.

When James going to quick resume, they time out with their connection to the server. That’s why you need to quit the game, and reload it to reestablish that connection.

Long story short, the server isn’t gonna hold your connection open until you decide to start playing again, it needs to give those resources to somebody who’s actively using them. When you attempt to reconnect it says that you are no longer authorized for that connection and refuses you, or the game thinks that connection still exists because as far as that’s concerned no time has passed.

It’s not something that’s easy to fix, and my best suggestion is to just not use quick resume on titles that have issues. Quit to the main menu and then go to the dashboard push the start button and select quit on the game before turning off your Xbox

I am having the same issue. Having to do a hard reset of the system as a fix every time is not a fix. What else needs to be done to solve this issue?
