License issue on beta

i redeemed both of my early access codes and have the beta but when i go to try and play it, it says license issue. Its telling me to put in the master chief collection to get the code. Please help me resolve this issue.

I believe the tab you are seeing written for free was from when the beta was available to the public.

Then the "play" button really appears but when you no longer have the purchased license in the account, it issues the notice to make the purchase

probably re-download your beta from your history and transfer your licenses

Thank you for keeping us updated. The Xbox Insider program is a feature that allows our customers to alpha/beta test our operating system. This can cause issues with the console since the operating system is in beta or alpha format. If the console is not
enrolled in the Xbox Insider program, there is no need to pursue the troubleshooting steps for that scenario. Were you able to view the transaction and license for the games that are affected through the links we provided? We need to make sure both the license
and transaction are visible on the account to make sure it is not an issue with those particular games. Be sure to keep us updated!

You're right, so that means once the license transfer process from the site is done, all other profiles must transfer their own licences and re-download their own download history, but this is not mentioned anywhere.
