    Licence Problem With Mojang


    Hello, I bought "Minecraft: Java &Bedrock Edition for PC" from Microsoft Store. Money was taken from the card, but when I try to play the game it asks me to buy it again. And make sure I'm logged into the account I bought the game from. Can you please help? Then chatted with a Xbox Gamer in here, eventually he said; this should be a license error. Then I went to Mojang help center and I mailed the issue with my minecraft account, about 48 hours ago. And I don't got any mails from them. I'm worried about it, can anyone help? (At least can anyone tell me the average response time from Mojang?)

    And I mailed them 10 days ago, still got no response.

    Exists the possibility that you purchased the game with a different account. Let's try to find the account used to purchase this game

    For this please go to your Microsoft account order history
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Once there, start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the game with order status "completed"

    If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one

    you paid for a licence to play the game, licences change, microsoft owns mojang and has done for years, they can change the terms of your licence anytime they wish, soo everything will require registration, what are you going to do then.

    give it another year or so and to do any gaming you will need to register to many companies.

    no, as they are 2 completely different systems, berock licence is from microsoft and java is from mojang which operate seperately.

    you would need to purchase java edition.
