library issue?

    library issue?


    hey. my sister gave me her old Xbox 360 s (1439) with a bunch of box games for my kids, and I decided to check games that I am adding from time to time to my account in giveaways, like "too human" "de Blob 2" "crackdown" and some others.



    but when I connected my acc to that console, I see no library there... I can choose that game from the shop, and there is the info I own this game when I finally manually find it, and then I can download it again, but when I am checking my games list, I see a blank field.



    how can I fix it? I restored the console to the factory settings already and removed all accounts.

    Yes mine says the game is owned. That’s not the issue it’s the game library also searching for it in the game library could you try this please ? Thanks

    happend to me yesterday, it would freeze for around 20 seconds, then returned to normal, but everything goes flawlessly today, might be a bug while connecting to XBL

    Did you try removing the hard drive? It sounds like that might be the cause of your issue.
