    LG B7A, LG SK8Y, Xbox One X audio sync issues


    I got the xbox one x connected directly to the TV then TV to soundbar all

    through HDMI using ARC to the soundbar. When Dolby digital or Dolby

    Atmos is selected there is a audio sync issue and cannot correct this with AV Sync Adjustment.

    This soundbar doesn't support 4K-passthrough apparently. Otherwise I only get 1080p if I was to connect the xbox to soundbar.

    However when switching to DTS Digital Surround this issue is resolved. I am

    using premium certified HDMI's. Which leads me to believe there is some issues with the ATMOS and Xbox from reading other peoples experience.

    Is another update possibly in the works to resolve this?

    xbox controller audio mic catching audio from game

    hi there was woundering if anyone else is having issues with audio on the xbox one controller i have earbuds with a mic and yes the mic works fine i can here my audio fine but when im playing any game online multiplayer my mic catches the audio of my game
    and does not stay silent also on my 4k lg tv b7a series when i plug in for audio on my xbox controller it does not work at all no audio but mic works

    I just got a technician from LG to review my setup for the exact same issue (see attached). The result of the problem appears to be on the xbox one x system. Can we get an update on the status of Microsoft Support fixing this issue??
