    I received an answer on how to enable 4K@120hz+ Dolby Vision color form LG. This was their response for my 2020 LG 4K tv on how to get both 4K@120hz+ Dolby Vision color. Hope it helps someone else.

    The 2020 75NANO90UNA supports Dolby Vision 4K @120Hz when the HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color is set to ON. The HDMI 3 and 4 are HDMI 2.1 ports that support 4k @ 120Hz. To enable HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color follow the steps below:
    - Go to SETTINGS (Gear icon).
    - Scroll down to ALL SETTINGS (3 Dots icon).
    - Click on PICTURE menu.
    - Go to ADDITIONAL SETTINGS.
    - Select HDMI ULTRA DEEP COLOR and set it to ON.

    When the HDMI Ultra HD Deep Color mode is enabled, this unit supports 4K @ 120 Hz with Chroma Sub samplings of 4:4:4:, 4:2:2, and 4:2:0 and when set to Off, it supports 4K @ 60 Hz 4:2:0. If the device connected to the HDMI port also supports HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color, the picture may be clearer. However, if it is not supported, this function may not work properly.

    So I now have checks on my Xbox settings page for 4K, Dolby Vision, and 120hz. Hope it helps someone else

    Yes, please bring Dolby Vision support to the Xbox 4k Blu-ray player! I have a vast collection of 4k Blu-Rays and a tv that supports Dolby Vision (LG C9).

    I have a XBOX One X connected to an OLED LG C8. If I use the Netflix app on XBOX One X then the LG will display Dolby Vision. So I know that it is passing. But If I use a 4K Bluray that has Dolby Vision, the player will only output HDR。Blu-ray
    playback is already up to date.

    Dolby vision is not 4k it is a software enhancement for the HDR aspect so not having it is not a major issue, but if you like to have all the green checks you need to look for high end tv's that support Dolby Vision like LG Oleds and Vizio Oleds

    Hi ,

    Thanks to you I was able to get it to work at 4K with 120hz.

    The issue was the guys that configured my TV had set the HDMI mode to EF(Dolby support) and that mode does not seem to support 120hz.

    > I changed the mode to Standard and it made things worse so then I changed it back to EF only and voila it worked 4k at 120hz!

    No worries...glad you have sorted it now.

    I can't say I'm surprised at the cause...Dolby Vision and 120Hz is still very much a no-no...manufacturers are very slowly testing it and rolling it out....LG, for example, recently rolled it out for their 2021 models and, far as I know, are still testing 2020 models. Other manufacturers are also working on it
