    LFG BAN FOR NO REASON


    Hi I made a LFG on nov 2 and the post had nothing wrong with it was complete ok by all standards and it got me banned and now the band keeps happening about ever two day my account gets banned again for the same post that I have not post in over 2 weeks or even been online I can’t even have the team review the lfg and if you call the support they won’t help you they actually told me to just delete my account and unsubscribe because they can’t help me I’m at a lost have tried everything this is so bad been playing Xbox for years but honestly about to switch paid for this month and have not even been able to play this is the 6 one now this is horrible and needs to stop and if it’s a person this definitely goes against your guidelines it would be considered harassment

    Now Microsoft is deleting my conversations about it. Happy they're so quick to respond to that but can't address warrantless suspensions.

    Advertising mods? It's a light level requirement and a reminder to have the correct mods equipped. I guess I could see how a bot would think that, but "bring mods" is an auto-generated option to select.

    The only thing we can do here is guess. With the first one, it's possible they thought NF meant something that's not allowed and the 2nd is most likely for advertising mods.
