    Levels not updating


    I play Microsoft Sudoku on my desktop thru XBOX

    I am at Level 551 but the Blue Rectangle above shows Level 400. It did not update at Level 500 when reached. Still shows Level 400

    Another thing, I have been playing since last year, reached all levels to the max. When I switched to the new Microsoft Sudoku, I lost most of my Gold challenges. Anyway to get them back without resetting them back to 0

    Is it when you complete a level, the level will not end?

    Or does it restart level 1 again?

    Or are you getting past your record level, and that is not updating?

    Achievement levels only update once a month. So if you just got to the new level this month, you should see it update sometime in August.

    you can try to delete system cache if that doesn't help try deleting your dlc or gameplay file
