    Dear Sir / Mam ,

    I have been playing on xbox for more than 4 years and was always impressed by the mesmerizing games and the environmnet provided. It was fun to get exposed to different new themes and change my perspective regarding coding and gaming .Now I am almost done with my undergraduate program and getting started to build my profile for "Masters in Computer Science" graduate program and further wanting to evolve my gaming asset.As there is no console and its developers i would respect more than you guys.I had made so many developments in my gaming career such as getting selected for the XBOX ASIA CUP for fortnite and making it to the /u/nightflack

    That's strange. Well, sometimes, when your account graduate from child to adult, this graduation stuck in system, and your account remains with some restrictions. I sugest you to contact Xbox support to check if your account graduated correctly, if no, they
    can do it manually. If not related to graduation, try to remove all profiles from your console, power cycle and re-enter your account, this trick makes miracles sometimes

    I'd just keep playing and don't worry about it, since it will probably pop later. If you're at Lieutenant (10 Highest Skill, 50 or 70 EXP) and you still don't have it I'd worry.

    Hey Andrew,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, The birthdate added to the Xbox profile cannot be changed or manipulated. Your account will have to graduate to an adult account naturally. I recommend adding your account back to your original
    family. All teen/child accounts require an adult account to manage your privacy settings.
