Discus and support Letter Based Symbols in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So I was looking through a profile and saw that they had the buttons LB and RB text form as their name.     It's just a character/font made to look like that, not an actual image file. So it'll work. I wouldn't recommend doing it though.
