Let's Talk About Childhood Games

In my second part of posts for the night I wanna talk about childhood games that give you nostalgia and good feelings when you either play them again or whenever you decide to go play them again. You get where I'm going with this?

For me its the Scooby-Doo plug-and-play TV game. Its the one where the controller is shaped like the Mystery Machine, Scooby is riding on the back, and the joystick is a ghost that lights up. My siblings and I would always sit around the TV once a week in
the living room and take turns playing it until our parents yelled at us to go to bed. I went back recently after finding the old thing in a box and it turns out I have the high score on all the mini-games except for the log rolling one where you played as
Shaggy and you were like escaping down river from the Black Knight Ghost. (I think.)

Sonic 2 on the original Sega Genesis is my favorite game because its the first one I ever played! I was still in diapers when I picked up my first controller!

For me it was a really old formula 1 racing game, remembering back it was so pixilated but I loved it. I always wanted my dad to play the game with me but it was a 1 player game, which meant I just wanted him to watch me play it lol. One day I remember
playing the game and I was sitting on his lap using the steering wheel, for some reason I looked down and I saw the chord to the steering wheel wasn't plugged into the computer. It makes me laugh to this day, so I guess that's why I like the game is the good
memory it gave me.

For me it was snowboard kids for Nintendo 64. That game still gives me the feels even to this day, I have not been able to play it but every so often I would think about how awesome it would be to have a remake.

I grew up on different types of games. A game I've always have gone back to was resident evil 2 and tomb raider.
