    Lets me play one daily game, but the rest show a blank page.


    This has been going on for several days now. I have no trouble with Mahjong Daily games, other than sometimes you show a game as being easy and it turns out to actually be expert. But Solitaire loads, I play one daily like Tri Peaks
    and go to the next and I get a white screen, like a commercial is going to come on, just never does. Yesterday I missed a tournament because that did the same thing. Tournament loads ok today, I just don't like Spider that much. Things are just not working
    well on that site. I truly enjoy the game. Please Fix it.

    Oh, and I already checked your troubleshooting guides and did what it asked, no good.

    The ads are locking up the game.

    Same thing is happening on my computer. I installed all updates, restarted and still the blank ad page is always displaying when I try to play a Daily Challenge game.

    the last 2 days that i've tried to play microsoft solitaire collection daily challanges or event ,it
    works at loading the page ,then i just get a blank white page . whats going on?

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

    sometimes the display hang up and the game resets itself

    I have a similar problem when playing the daily challenges. one game will blank out and reset. Game in daily varies from day to day.

    I'm puzzled on alert nofication when it comes to enforcement

    It should not have any effect. You said that the alert is showing on Xbox Support website too, right? Did you try to click on it to see if it send you to a page where it shows you the enforcement action?

    The message usually shows "Find out how this suspension affects you".
    I went to the main enforcement page where it tells me after logging in I have a perfect record. Next to that are helpful tips on how to report offensive content along with the rest. Right hand corner are blue hyperlinks under "Helpful Links" the third one down is "Xbox Support" Page.

    It takes to me the page I told you about. I've click on what you told to click on. All I see is a detial explaining about the page and a green check mark next to "No Image". In the middle is blank and towards the right hand side shows in bold letters stating "No Enforcement History is found for my account name!!!" since my account name is personal.

    That's what I have found. Uknown if this means anything but when I search in the search engine in the top 3 results one of them showed "Enforcement Page not working."

    Forgot to mention there were buttons let allows a person to click to the next if there was a history for me all of the buttons were greyed out.
