    Just as a heads up, we are currently receiving multiple reports regarding this particular account creation issue, however, no official announcements have been made by Microsoft .In the meantime we can just perform troubleshooting steps.

    Xbox One Stuck on the Green "Xbox ONe" Screen. After playing some Halo 5.

    I got the same problem after the xbox did update to the new dash in the preview progran i try the steps to restore the factory image but din't work and xbox costumer service din't help they tell me to send the console ($$$$) so i try again but this time
    after let the xbox on for 2 hours and clear the cache and pres the side botton+ eject and then power and I keep the side and eject press the power botton start to flash and still in the green screen my account did sing in ( my kid tell me whe he was on the
    other xbox ) so the os is there and I let it be and press the home botton and the new dash load up and the xbox was fine. NOTE: I DID NOT GET TO LOAD THE ORIGINAL FACTORY IMAGE THAT DINT WORK FOR SOME REASON. DO WHAT I DID AND THE XBOX WILL BE FINE IT LOOK
    LIKE IS LOADIN A BIG UPDATE ON THE GREEN SCREEN LOOP. AND THE NEW DASH TAKES ABOUT 50 SECONDS TO LOAD FROM THE GREEN SCREEN. ALL WAYS.

    I HOPE THIS HELP DO DONT GO AND TRADE YOUR XBOX RIGHT AWAY.

    DISK not recognized. Can not read the disc.

    This morning I turned on the xbox and it worked both the Y botton (game details) and recognize the disc!.

    What's happening?.

    0x80242020 Error code while download minecraft from store

    The solution is more easy, just press botton X for cancel the instalation and instal again. and ready, its working now.
