Lets' get rid of cheater and modders permanently!

VOTE to Make a difference

I recently was Ddos attacked by a modder named "[Mod Removed]" after i complaint to him about aimboting in a game (towards my team on Black Ops 2) he disconnected my internet 3 times in 20
mins.

Soon after he try to console ban me but instead lowered my reputation on XBOX live to 51% preferred. On 1/24/2020 my rep was over 70%.

These modders are getting too much control over normal users on XBOX live.

My suggestion is to XBOX LIVE security team is:

To create an XBOX console UPDATE once a month (every month, and every year) to scan for the original firmware and operational system for the XBOX ONE and XBOX 360.

This will ensure that the normal consoles are accepted and the custom modified consoles are
BANNED.

For everyone not familiar with console UPDATES and how long it will take Mostly the UPDATE causally takes 2-15 mins.

This is a SMALL time to pay to make sure WE are playing a game without cheaters. I hope everyone reading this HELPS me to make this action a reality and VOTES on the CONSOLE UPDATES (as mentioned).

I want the XBOX LIVE sercuirty department to review these VOTES and make this plan actionable - make this happen for us and get rid of these cheaters and modders for good.

As DDoS attacks are done through your internet and not Live, the enforcement team can't do anything about that. It would be something you would need to work with your ISP on to keep from happening in the future. Otherwise, if you see someone doing something
on Live that does violate the rules, report them so the enforcement team can investigate them.

In older games like BO2, it's ultimately up to the developers to patch their games to keep things like that from happening in the first place. Unfortunately, once they release new games, they tend to neglect the old ones.

i hope the chances to get rid of the cheaters and modders is higher then the chance to win in vegas

Hello Floorboss,

The Xbox Live Enforcement Team which is in charge of Enforcing the rules and banning/suspending modders/cheaters is on the move. They have been for quiet some time. The Xbox Live Enforcement Team has it's own "Undercover Enforcers" making sure that the Xbox
Live Customers are following the Terms Of Use and Code Of Conduct. I am sorry for you running into Modders/Cheaters but it will take some time to get rid of them.
