What you want to do is move to your closest Mcdonalds. Make you sure you choose wireless router and boom! You have an advantage over everyone else who plays. Except other Wal-mart/Mcdonalds Obama connections.

as you said is up to the developer, plus it's very likely that who plays with a keyboard won't play games with those on a gamepad at least for some games.

I think this will gain a lot of traction with first person shooters primarily and not much else. Hopefully this leads to more strategy style games coming to the platform as there will now be a better method of control.

They are there too safeguard and manage everyone's time spent playing xbox and too make sure that everyone gets the best possible experience out of their games.

All you have to do is make a new EA account, make sure your username and email has nothing to do with your xbox account. Your EA account has nothing to do with your xbox account, the EA account just lets you play on EA's Servers, and make sure you age is
higher than 18. This worked for me.

I've read over the thread and with the help from Arminator and everyone else on the thread, it seems like you've got it down on what you need to to do make sure User A and B are both happy and can play online together. I would also just like to point out
that if User C ever does want to play online with the other Users, then User C would need to subscribe to Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to join party chats and play multiplayer. I'm sure you are aware of that but I just wanted to make sure in case
User C also wants to join in with User A or B.
