Let xbox pause when controller disconnects?z

A game pausing when a controller disconnects varies by game. Some games will pause, others won't. It's up to the developer. Check the game settings to see if there is an option. Typically online multiplayer games won't pause, even if the user is in a menu screen. (I learned that the hard way on a number of occasions.)

If you don't want your controller to disconnect, the controller would need to be wired, and it needs to remain active (i.e. click a button, move a thumb stick).

Thx for the reply. Ofc I´m using the controller wired, yet every 10 hours or so there´s a issue. Apperantly it´s annoying to die after 10 hours and having to restart...

The odd thing is that the game seems to understand when I connect and disconnect the controller, because the game pauses. But nothing I press actually does anything in-game.

I have a similar problem, when I connect my controllers trough the wireless adapter they are not working correctly because I have a Z axis and Z Rotation. WHen I used my controller wired with a USB cable I had this problem and I could fix roll back the drivers
and the controller went back to the original X, Y, Z Axis, but now, with the Wireless adapter, I can't do that, because I doesn't let me update, because there's no Xbox Periphals to change the driver.
