Let players repair corrupted save files on Xbox for all generations (Xbox 360 and newer)

Hi there - I would recommend backing up all of the data on your harddrive to another storage device, and then re-formatting your Xbox hard drive. If it is still corrupted, you will need to send it off for repair:

support.xbox.com/.../repair-process You can then try transferring all of your data back onto the hard drive, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that your save files themselves were not corrupted.

In the case where a profile becomes corrupt, redownloading it will generally fix it. No need to start a new profile or delete any save files. Simply follow the steps posted
