Ok, so why hide it from customers and pretend its not even happening? If Playstation was dishonest, id consider moving from them too, and not to Xbox given the experience here.

id go with cowards or trolls. but the key part of the phrase is who hide. i doubt any of these people would be afraid to say to your face that you look like an idiot wearing sunglasses in side. you got defensive which only brought on more. you should just
have initially responded with your eye condition instead of some other justification because there simply isnt one. that would have made them feel like a bunch of jackasses instead of justifying their original impression.
