Let me download Minecraft Java Edition, or give me my money back.

Every time I try to download the Minecraft Launcher, it tells me it can't communicate to the Microsoft Store. The store also won't let me download Java Edition at all. It pretends like it's going to, then just stops. But I can download Bedrock no problem. Why is your store doing everything in it's power to keep me off Java edition? If you're not gonna let me play the version I want, I want my money back.

I'm sorry to hear that you are presenting this problem, I remind you that here we are a community, therefore I do not belong to Microsoft, we are members of the community and players like you who are willing to help you!

Clear the cache or Microsoft Store app by following the steps below:

1. Type "wsreset", then right click and choose "Run as administrator".
2. Wait a couple of minutes for the Microsoft Store to start.
3. Restart your PC and try again.

Also, try installing the launcher through the Xbox app.

Scratch that. It recognizes that I own it. But it only gives me the option to download the launcher. Which won't download because the Microsoft Store stops it.

Yeah...Here's the thing...I've done ALL of that...Multiple times. None of them worked. As for the Minecraft store, it doesn't recognize that I've already bought the game anymore. The Microsoft store does.

I don't get an error code accept for "an error occurred on our end" and a manual install also does not work.

Also is their three packages for the minecraft launcher?

One that is for both java edition and inecragt for Windows

The second java edition

The third minecraft for windows.

I did eventually get a version to work since the old launcher redirected me to the new launcher which I installed and did let me install minecraft for windows version.

However the store version which downloads java edition and something else never worked.

Not by reseting not by uninstalling and reinstalling not by downloading from the minecraft website and manually downloading.

The Minecraft Editions, like the Starter or Master editions. Is what i meant by packs. And when i bought the java edition of minecraft it let me redeem the window ten version.
