    I had the issue where my screen would flash black every issue 100 seconds or so like everybody else. But that was fixed with the latest TCL update released a couple of weeks ago. However, soon after I started having a new issue when changing from the dashboard to game or an app. I will get snow on the screen with popping noises. There are also multiple colored bars flickering on the right side of the screen. It will go black for a little bit & come back to the snow again. The Xbox isn't frozen or hung up. I just can't see anything. It also doesn't do it with every dashboard, game or app change. Anyway, if I change to the TCL/Roku Home page & back to the Series X input, then it's cleared up. I tried blindly to use the "Report a Problem" via the Xbox, but when the report shows the screenshot & video it captured, the issue doesn't show. I had to take a photo/video with my phone below. Disabling the "Allow auto low-latency mode" didn't seem to solve the problem either. Right now I'm trying to disabling "Allow 24Hz", "Allow Dolby Vision" & "Auto HDR". Maybe that will help? It looks like some kind of HDMI handshaking issue, but if anybody has any additional suggestions that would be most helpful!

    Hardware: 55" TCL 6 Series R615 2019 model, Xbox Series X(Alpha Ring) & Vizio 36" Smartcast 5.1 soundbar(SB3651) connected HDMI3/ARC.

    No they are not 4k tv's. Only mine. On the other tv's doesn't matter what resolution I use. It flashes and black screen. On my tv no flashes on 1440p only when playing certain games and streaming it flashing black screen and no signal. But on 1440p it starts up no problem. Going through menus no problem. Playing call of duty problem.

    Me too. After the AC4 title screen I see a quick snow screen flash then it stays at a black screen. I tried restoring the xb1 to factory default, and reinstall the game to no avail. I'm already *** and considering returning the xb1. If this is something
    that I'm gonna have to live with as an xb1 owner, then it ain't worth it.

    Update: The latest firmware update was supposed to fix the issue of the black screen. The issue I am having now is while playing HDR content my screen will become all snowy. Vizio has already been out to replace my TV's HDMI board and I am still having the
    same issue. They are supposed to be back out today to see what the problem is. The problem in my opinion is The TV's playing 4K HDR content through the HDMI port.
    Any new news , tips or advice? Ive had the tv for less than 90 days and can swap put if need be. My xbox one s gives me the same issues. Handshake. It occasionally blacks out or gives me snow sometiems even says no signal found. It is driving me up the wall
    bc otherwise i love the tv. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe time to go back to my non hdr set.

    Xbox 360 worked fine last night, but now my TV says, "No input signal"

    I have the same issue. Xbox one won't recognize signal from HDMI on TCL tv. Works on different another tv but won't work on TCL and red lines on my vizio. Tried settings. Different HDMI cables. Just will no longer work on TCL..called TCL they said it's
    an Xbox issue. Xbox says TCL issue.. Frustrated!!!
