    So I'm trying to preorder black ops 3 virtually through my Xbox but because I'm still a teen in my family I can't get it, however the family that I'm in isn't my family (I bought my Xbox 1 from a pawn shop) so I can't ask my parent to go in and change my
    settings for me. I already tried setting my Xbox to factory reset, I tried creating an account for my mom so she can add me to her family but I cant leave my current one so that didn't work even though I got an email saying it did, and I even tried to change
    my age in my Microsoft account and as far as that goes, I'm 30 years old right now. What should I do now? (besides buying a hard copy because I don't have the money right now)

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a pre-order. Unfortunately, looks like the pre-order didn't go through properly on the day of the pre-order. There were a lot of issues with this due to all the people trying. Now that
    the pre-order is over that is why it is not going through now as the pre-order is not open currently.

    If you've already been charged you probably will need to request a refund. It's odd they charged you though, must have just been some glitch in the system.

    Make sure that you're also not using a prepaid card because this is a pre-ordered transaction, Microsoft will attempt to get the charge 10 days prior to the DLC releases but if you will be using the Microsoft balance for full payment it will be taken out immediately.
