You needed to enter the code in the correspondent skin tab but it is not there anymore. Some users claim that it can still be claimed thorugh the xbox redemption page though. If it has 25 characters I would give it a go here:

Please check skin availability in the dressing room by launching Minecraft, go to the main menu, and click on the clothes hanger icon in the bottom-right corner. Look for the Dragon Slayer skin pack in the dressing room and select it to use in-game.

Kindly make sure as well that your version of Minecraft is compatible with the Dragon Slayer skin pack because a certain add-ons are only available for specific versions of the game.

Give it 24 hours as well in order for the redemption of the code to sync inside your game once verified that it is compatible.

If the skin pack still doesn't appear, please uninstall and then reinstall Minecraft. This can help refresh the game's files and can resolve any glitches

Yes indeed. I just logged into his Microsoft account and under order history I see how in-game purchases as well as Lego Minecraft Dragon Slayer item from today Thank you. How would he be able to see this when he logs into Minecraft on the Xbox? He tried earlier and can see several skins but not that one.
