Did you preorder the disc version or the digital ? The digital comes with the Classic Obi-Wan Kenobi character, the disc version does not. Also, the storm trooper pack is available now for digital preorders but will be available to disc preorders on May 4th. DLC's will be coming on different dates and should automatically download when available. I preordered the digital deluxe so here is a picture I took of the packs I have installed. If you have the digital and are missing any packs here are the links you can use to remotely start the download on your Xbox. I had to do this for the Storm Trooper Pack.

I have already tried this. The packs are not there for me. It would suck if I don't get the early access as I could have saved money by buying a physical base game, and the season pack, but paid extra just to get this early access.

Absolutely! Kindly check if they’re installed.

1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

4. Select the checkbox for each item that you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.

I'm having trouble with the Trooper Pack and Classic Obi Wan.

I've tried to follow your steps mentioned previously, but, I only have the options to select from he Solo and Mando packs. No options for the 2 missing add-ons
