Lego Skywalker Saga is crashing on the startup (PC Win 10)

Hey everbody!

Before starts, sorry if my english has something wrong, i am not have the custom to write in this language

So, what's been happening to me, I bought the Game Pass Ultimate recently to be able to play Lego Skywalker Saga, which was added a few days ago, I finished the download without any problem, when I went to open the game, the game banner appeared and in the sequence the game's full screen opened. But, when it opens, the screen goes black and it doesn't come out of it, until the game crashes.

I've tried many solutions provided by microsoft support and even by people in the community, but nothing has worked. Procedures involved using Powershell, Services, updating drivers, windows and a number of others that had no effect. I already try to reinstall the game to many times, reinstall in a different directory, reinstall with different procedures, but nothing works

I know I'm not the only one having this problem, i am in a post on the microsoft support, and at least 5 people pass for the same in the same condicions

Talking about the requirements, my computer meets all the essentials to run the game and has already supported heavier games than this one like God Of War, Batman Arkham Knight and Jedi Fallen Order, without difficulties.

NOTE 1: This problem is not happening with other games, only with Lego
NOTE 2: I already made a post about the problem on the Hub too
