Lego Marvel Superhero Download controller issue

Hello,

I Recently downloaded this game and the controls for look and move are flipped on both player 1 and 2 controllers, the d-pad still moved the character.

I've deleted the game, cleared the cache, powered of and reloaded twice and same issue.

Any help would be great.

Superdano, I am , an XBOX Live Ambassador. I understand you are having problems with a game you downloaded on XBOX Live.

Traveler's Tales games are well known to have glitches, which are, unfortunately, rarely patched. I have run into some of the glitches and have been frustrated by them, too.

I don't know if you have tried checking your default game settings on your console. I know on the XBOX 360, you can set game defaults for games that support it. If I recall, there might be an option for inverting the X and Y axis. Unfortunately, unless
that works or you can find a way to recalibrate the controller in game, I don't think you will be able to play the game from your download.

 

Hi Beanboy, Thanks for the response. This is the first time I've ever had an issue, downloaded many Lego games for my kids and no issues. I've checked for a Controller option and there are none, just a option to see what the controls are. Oh well.
