Lego Jurassic World Xbox One will not update

Hi,

I recently purchased Lego Jurassic World for Xbox One, I am unable to paly the game, the disc installs but the game requires an update. The download commences but stalls at around 300 Mb and keeps pausing and recommencing the installation.

I have tried deleting and reloading the install, gets the same result. I have also cleared my cache and same result.

I note that several people have also loaded the same issue however not responses if there is any fix for this issue.

Does any one have any idea if this is a temporary issue or will not get fixed and I should try to get my money back?

Есть демо-версия. Одна из игр в лего-серии, адвенча. Экранная локализация. Оценка - 7/10.

Удивительно, но на ONE теперь игра стоит меньше, чем на 360 ( 2199 руб. )

Mine version is failing to install the update too.

1. I uninstalled the whole game

2. cleared the cache,

3. Re-installed the game from disk without the update

4. cleared the cache again

5. tried to install the update

6. update install keeps stopping

How do I fix this. I have spent money on a game that does not work.
