Lego Jurassic world download issues please help Xbox one

I just bought Lego Jurassic world and trying to download it but it won't go past 4%. Internet connection is fine and i have plenty of space, can someone please help?

Try restarting you console and wifi if that doesnt work try contacting microsoft

restart your xbox. or turn it for a long amount of time. contact microsoft if this continues

So do we have an answer for this issue yet? Ive got one very frustrated 10 year old. Hes been trying to download it for a week!

Still no luck. Internet comnection is fine. How can i fet a regund fir this game?? Going to buy it from a store.

I'm so sorry that your having issues..

If you tried to install it and it stuck downloading erase the game.

Turn off XBox One

for 30min.

Turn it back on..

Lets check the cable modem:

Reboot Cable modem this tell the ISP to return you internet speed.

Turn on XBox

Check online to see if the game is fully purchased or able to download online at:

Login to the XBox online

It should show you own the game. Try to download the game online.

You should see which Xbox to download the game
