Lego Jurassic Park not saving xbone game!!!

Is anyone else having a problem with saved games not being there when you go to load game? Last night I played through the first mission, then traveled around the park island, started to play the first world mission, saved during the mission and today the
save was gone. Then today I started over, got through the first mission, kept going and saved during the mission that the truck is in the tree, saved and exited there, and once again no data to load in the load game screen, Anyone having this issue?? What
do I do, I dont even want to play the game now knowing I might not be able to save.

Jurassic Park is a modern theme. Soooo, I would go city pack, for LEGO Jurassic Park maybe plastic pack. Would love to see game captures when done!

Wonder what the next one will be based on, lego Jurassic Park would be awesome.

 

It didn't read my save once. I just quit the game completely then went back in and it was fine

 

If you restart on same save slot you screw yourself though because it'll rewrite the save that's probably still in the cloud

 

no it works perfect for me not one issue with the game yet .

 

Did you solve this?? Because I bought a new XBox One and Jurrassic World for my sons birthday yesterday and its doing the same thing. Played the first level several times now - there are no save options in game, exit out. When you go back into game, you
pick load game, go to slot one where his save is (no idea how you'd pick another slot) and it starts back at the beginning of the game with no progress at all.

The response I got was:

Please try clearing the cache as instructed below:

- Power down your console

- Unplug the power cable from the back of the Xbox One.

- Wait for two minutes

- Plug the power cable back into the back of the Xbox One

- Monitor the power brick, waiting for it to cycle from a white light to an orange light

- Turn the power on.

This will perform a cold restart of the system.

This did not work for me. Waiting for another response.
