Lego games keep crashing after first cut scene straight after installing game

Yesterday we purchased Lego Avengers, Lego Marvel Super Heroes, Lego Movie game, Lego Hobbit and Lego Batman 3. The 2 Lego marvel games installed fine with no issues but Hobbit, Lego Movie game and Batman 3 all crashed after first cut scene. As soon as you
try to start to play the 3 games crash. We have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times with all3 titles that crash. We restarted holding button down and even turned it onto offline to try them also but the games keep crashing. Please help as their birthday gifts

Changing the Game

If it's a new game to me, I play every cut scene in it. After that, it depeneds on the game or cut scene.

 

Lego dimensions

I have recently downloaded the Fantastic Beasts game pack, and the Goonies level pack. The Fantastic Beasts freezes during the cut scene, the games shuts down, and then returns me to the Xbox main page, after completing the first level. The Goonies does
the exact same thing after completion the end cut scene. What can be done to fix this issue?

actually don't worry, just took back games and bought him a PS4 and got the games on PS4 and loaded straight away no probs. thanks for nothing
