Lego Dimensions - cannot download update for "Portal 2 level pack"

Hi, I bought Lego Dimensions "Portal 2 level pack" for my son few days ago. When he put it in game, it showed "To access all portal 2 content, an additional download is required. Do you want to add it to your download queue now?". I click "A" button to agree
this download, then it show "An update is required to access this content". But I cannot see any download has been queued in the list. Does anyone know what problem I met and how to solve it? thanks for the help!

Lego Dimension Sets

We got a Lego Starter kit today! Really good sales going around. I haven't played it yet, but plan to show it to my nephew tomorrow. The fun pack kits were 50% off, so I got Superman, Ninjago Nya, and Doctor Who Cyberman, level packs were only 20% off, so didn't get one yet, unless someone can highly recommend one, I probably eventually get the Portal one.

I was highly skeptical about all of this type of stuff, but my Nephew already had all these setups except Dimensions. So I was reading some articles about these kits and seemed like any Lego fan would enjoy this, I mean I spent 15$ on lamer lego kits than these fun packs. I was mostly intrigued about buying legos that work in video games, and of course the level packs.


Questions:
What does everyone think about Lego Dimensions, and what is everyone's favorite setup: Infinity, Skylanders, Lego, or Aiimbo? Also if you have Lego Dimensions on any system, please tell me your favorite Fun Packs and Level Packs? Also if you have any recommendations on anything like this, please do tell.
