we have no ability to support this product that has been long discontinued, if it works that way with other figures it will work that way again but since the Xbox 360 marketplace is closed it may not be able to work. I would suggest you obtain the Xbox one version instead

If you're referring to the Ghostbusters:tm: Pack (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/ghostbus...), it appears that this pack is only playable on Xbox One/Xbox Series, and it also requires the base game LEGO Dimensions to play.

OK you still can't use it on the Xbox 360 unless all of the recognition of your ownership is internal to the game because the marketplace is closed and there's no ability to add it to your account
